
M.A.M.A.’s House (Mother’s Achieving the Master’s Agenda)
About Us:
MAMA’s House has been supported by Footprints Inc. and CFBC since it opened in January 2018. It is a safe and supportive residence for women who are in recovery from substance use and mental health disorders. The program is accredited by the National Alliance for Recovery Residences (NARR – info@narronline.org). Residents of the recovery house participate in recovery services provided by the Wayne D. White Recovery Community Center. These include individual counseling, recovery classes, group therapy, and support groups.
On December 23, 2013, Mr. Harper's home was acquired at 74th and Brooklyn. The house We dedicated the house on August 16, 2016, and was labeled t “The ANNEX” as an extension of D.A.V.E.’S Place. More than ten years later, it then became the location for M.A.M.A.’s House, a residential treatment home for women in recovery with six beds.
